Leadership
Cedric Linton
Founder & Principal Consultant
Cedric Linton is the founder and principal consultant of Linton Consulting Services. He brings more than 13 years of experience in consulting and enterprise transformation, leading organizational change, digital transformation and program delivery for large organizations in financial services, healthcare and manufacturing.
His engagements include enterprise implementations of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Workday HCM and SAP S/4HANA. On these programs he has led change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications and training to drive adoption across workforces of many thousands in multiple countries.
Cedric combines strategic advice with hands-on delivery, staying with clients from the first assessment through go-live and beyond. He is now helping organizations adopt AI and automation responsibly.
He holds an MBA in Management from Strayer University and a B.S. in Management from Johnson & Wales University.
